Scott’s history in commercial property has covered a range of asset types including medical, retail convenience, industrial, strip retail and development sites in metropolitan and regional locations across Australia.
In the five years to 2021, Scott has been involved in over half a billion dollars’ worth of commercial property transactions across Australia and has advocated on behalf of large corporations in confidential acquisition strategies, consulting on value-add opportunities for private investors.
Scott also holds a Graduate Certificate of Property Investment and has advised many national companies on strategic sale and leaseback campaign
