Melanie is a medical practitioner and health lawyer, with extensive experience as a medical negligence lawyer and medico-legal advisor for MDOs. She consults and advises on all issues relating to clinical governance – including the way we conduct ourselves as doctors, being at the core of the ‘medico-legal’ sphere. She offers reviews of practice (eg. policies, procedures, record-keeping etc), medico-legal advice, as well as training.
Melanie also offers consultation and mentorship for doctors interested in the law, including expert witness training.
