I am a member of BFD do I need to also register with BFD Education?
Yes, these are two separate platforms; Membership of the BFD website is free, and this provides with you members only offers and discounts to Virgin flights. BFD Education is a paid membership which will grant you access to the BFD Education Hub.
What is the Membership cost?
Membership costs $396 per year plus GST.
How do I update my payment details?
Members can do so on your Account details page, see this video for more information.
I am now a BFD Education Member, when does my access start?
The payment and membership start immediately.
Do I need to be a Doctor to be a member of BFD Education?
No, membership for BFD Education is open to all Doctors, Dentists, Practice Owners, Practice Managers and support staff.
I am a Medical Student am I allowed to become a member?
Yes, we offer discounted membership for Medical Students. Please contact us with a photo of your Student ID and expected year of graduation and we will provide you with a discount code prior to signing up for a membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
Members can complete their cancellation at any time on their Account details page.
How long does it take to cancel my membership?
Cancellation takes effect immediately.
I wish to purchase MBS Videos how do I access?
If you are already a Member please ensure you are logged in prior to purchasing the videos. If you are not a Member, you will be promoted to create a free membership account to access. MBS Videos are available immediately after purchase, please ensure you are logged in to view. See video here for further explanation.
If I cancel my membership will I still have access to past materials?
No, once your membership is cancelled your access to the Education hub is deactivated. You however will still be able to access the free resources on the home page. If you have purchased any add ons including MBS Videos, or courses please contact admin@bfdeducation.com before cancelling to enable you to have access to purchased material.
If I cancel mid cycle am I eligible for reimbursement of any membership fees?
No. Membership fees will not be reimbursed if cancelled mid cycle.
I have a free membership account, how do I access the Member content?
You will need to login to your account and upgrade your membership to Annual Member.
