As a health professional, you are used to looking out for the wellbeing of others.

As we care for others, we often overlook our own needs, neglecting nourishing and caring for ourselves. Self-care is often the first thing that is sacrificed when the stressors of life hit.

Self-care is not simply soaking in a bubble bath, it is creating a plan that will help you to discover, create and action practical strategies to stay happy and healthy.

Self-care is not selfish. Look after yourself first you so you can be there for those important individuals in your life, including yourself.

Attendees will leave the session with realistic and useful strategies to incorporate self-care into their daily lives.
